You need to check the &quot;Allow user to print results&quot; option the Pass/Fail options to get the Printed Report to appear but, even if you do that, there isn&quot;t actually a button you can press on the report to print the results.  You need to go to your web browser and select File -&gt; Print etc. The purpose of this article was to put a button on the report itself to make it that much easier for the user to print.  Let me know if I am missing the point you are making.</description>

		<description>I must be doing this wrong, Dave, but I followed the instructions and couldn&#039;t get a print button to appear. 

I can get the button to appear if I tick the relevant check box inside Quizmaker&#039;s Pass/Fail options however.</description>

		<description>One thing to remember is to make a backup of the file before you place it back in the Program Files -&gt; Articulate -&gt; Articulate Quizmaker -&gt; Content folder.  That way if it doesn&#039;t work... you can always &quot;restore&quot; the original with the backup.</description>
