Greetings,
This is a related question; I'm streaming an articulate presentation from a website, and in places with low bandwidth the video buffers and the timing gets off. Is there a setting in articulate to make each slide buffer fully before beginning to play (and starting the slide timing)?
Thanks,
Phil

Hi Tim, That's sound strange. Have you tried with a different video (one that worked before) to see if you have the same issues? At least we can see if it is the video causing the problem or not. Are you working on a non-English OS? You need to make sure that the decimal symbol is a decimal point and not a comma like in many languages. Are you using supported animations? You can check here.

I have been able to do this very successfully in the past....UNTIL TODAY. All of a sudden, when I go to sync a slide that contains a video and several animations it no longer works. When I go into the Sync Animations tool and click on "Start Sync" the video starts to play (like normal) however when I click "Next Animation" the object appears, but is does not actually animate like it is suppose to, it just appears. Also, in the time indicator at the top, when I start the sync, it starts to count and then jumps to 00.06 and just stops....yet everything still continues to play. This didn't start until today. I've tried everything....restarting the computer, re-creating the slide, making sure the video is 30 fps, re-installing flash. PLEASE HELP!

Hi Abyas, It is not possible to synchronize different slides with a Presenter video, only animations within a single slide. So you have two solutions. Either (1) cut your video up into the four different parts and have each part showing in the Presenter video on each slide or (2) somehow put your four slides onto a single slide and use fade in and out animations (say) to make each of the four parts appear and disappear in turn. This you would then be able to sychronize to the video. Hope that helps.
