		<description>HI John, Does this help?  Change the Firefox plugins directory path in Flash Switcher settings from “C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash” to “C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash”  . There are other tips there too that you might want to look at when working with Windows 7.</description>
